The Toshiba PD750 U-0001Q e750 Pocket PC is a very powerful, high performance, wireless Pocket PC with a multitude of features.  It comes with 64MB RAM, 32 MB ROM plus 32MB Flash disk memory.  It has an integrated Wi-Fi wireless connectivity.
