It's really easy to generate one. Just Google "QR Code Generator" and many options come up. All you have to do is plug in the url that you want to direct people to and generate the code. I would suggest finding a site that will generate a vector format so you have the option to recreate the image on many items. Just save the file to your hard drive and you are in business.
I'm going to put mine on the back of my t-shirts. Why not? It's another way to get your name out there, be unique and make it easy for the user to find you on their mobile device instead of having to remember your www address!
